This year, they brought down two five-member teams to Mason, Michigan, for the competition.
Squad one, which included Ian Hasscamp, Jacob Itzin, Dylan Mashlan, Garrett Mashlan, and Patrick Kurilla, placed 16th out of 264.
Squad two included Bella Roman, Erik Huybrecht, Ali Schmidt, Royce Wiezorek, and Gavin Schutte, finished in the top quadrant, at 56th overall.
But it was Jacob Itzin competing throughout the weekend among the top, finishing 7th overall as an individual.
The team didn’t just compete at the tournament; they built relationships, including that of a New Glaarus High School Trap Team member who dealt with a gun malfunction.
