PALESTINIAN MEDIA: Three people were killed, including a child, and others were injured in Israeli shelling that targeted a house south of the Al-Nuseirat refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip.
Several people were injured when Israeli helicopters shelled a house in the town of Bani Suheila, east of Khan Yunis city in the southern Gaza Strip.
YEMENI MEDIA: Al-Hazm Directorate in Al-Jawf Governorate, northern Yemen, was subjected to new American airstrikes.
(The British Ministry of Defense announced that its forces participated in a joint operation with US forces against an Ansarallah military target in Yemen.)
ISRAELI MEDIA: Israeli Channel 12 reported that a drone launched from Yemen towards Israel was shot down over the Egyptian Sinai Peninsula.
AL-JAZEERA: The Director of the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights in the Palestinian Territories told Al Jazeera that the situation in Gaza is the worst in 18 months, no food is being distributed in Gaza, there is not enough international pressure on Israel.
ISRAELI ARMY: The Israeli newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth reported that the displacement plan from the Gaza Strip, proposed by the American President, is not proceeding as army leaders wish, who acknowledge that the requests submitted so far are from countries wanting to evacuate their citizens from the Strip.
PALESTINIAN PRISONERS’ MEDIA OFFICE:
Abdullah Barghouti is facing a systematic assassination attempt inside the Zionist “Gilboa” prison.
His health condition has reached a very critical stage that directly threatens his life.
The prisoner Abdullah Barghouti is subjected to severe beatings, to the point that his body has become covered in bruises, his head is full of blood clots, with swelling in his eyes and fractures in his ribs, causing him to lose the ability to sleep.
UN SPOSKEMAN DUJARRIC: Israeli authorities today rejected an attempt by UN agencies to bring fuel through Rafah, adding that fuel in Gaza is declining rapidly, with gasoline running out and diesel reserves shrinking to critical levels.
AL-JAZEERA: The Director-General of the Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip, Dr. Munir al-Bursh, told Al Jazeera that the closure of the crossings has increased the state of deterioration in the Strip, especially hospitals, and that they are facing a very large crisis, with children and pregnant women being the most affected.

 
ISRAELI MEDIA: The Israeli Broadcasting Corporation (KAN) reported that the occupation army sent conscription orders to thousands of reserve soldiers from the armored and infantry corps in preparation for expanding the ground operation.
AL-JAZEERA: Five Palestinians were killed and others were injured in the Israeli occupation’s bombing of a tent sheltering displaced persons in the Al-Mawasi area, northwest of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip.
AL-JAZEERA: The UN High Commissioner for Human Rights stated that he calls on the world to prevent a comprehensive humanitarian catastrophe in the Gaza Strip and that there must be unified international efforts to prevent the catastrophe in Gaza from reaching an unprecedented level.
He added that the use of starvation as a weapon and all forms of collective punishment in Gaza are war crimes, and the deliberate targeting of civilians who are not directly participating in hostilities is a war crime.
ISRAELI MEDIA: The extremist Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich said that Tel Aviv will only stop the war after the displacement of “hundreds of thousands” of Palestinians from the Gaza Strip, its “cleansing” of Hamas, the division of Syria, and the disarmament of Iran’s nuclear program.
PALESTINE CHRONICLE: The prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC), Karim Khan, has been barred from publicizing any new applications for arrest warrants in the court’s Palestine case.
ICC judges issued the order “behind closed doors this month” as Khan prepares for “a fresh round of applications for Israeli suspects” in connection with alleged war crimes and crimes against humanity in the occupied Palestinian territories, the paper reported, citing sources familiar with the situation.

ISRAELI MEDIA: Israeli Channel 14 reported that the Hungarian Parliament voted in favor of withdrawing from the International Criminal Court (ICC), which issued arrest warrants against Benjamin Netanyahu and Yoav Gallant. Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar commented, saying, “Thank you to Hungary for its moral and clear position.”
AL-QUDS BRIGADES STATEMENT: The Al-Quds Brigades announced that they will broadcast footage of targeting a house sheltering Israeli soldiers in the Al-Tuffah neighborhood, east of Gaza City.
AL-JAZEERA: United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres stated that the promise of a two-state solution is in danger of fading. He added that settler violence continues in the West Bank at alarmingly high levels, Gaza must remain an integral part of the future Palestinian state, and the situation in the Gaza Strip is going from bad to worse
ISRAELI MEDIA: Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated that they must preserve Israel and will continue to give it what they can, adding that returning the abductees from Gaza is a priority they will not give up, and their soldiers have been sacrificing themselves since October 7th to return the abductees.
Palestinians’ expectations from the Arab world have shifted. They no longer seek a call to arms or a comprehensive embargo on Israel, but rather the cessation of any actions that support the adversary.

PALESTINE CHRONICLE:
South Africa told the International Court of Justice (ICJ) on Tuesday that international law “prohibits Israel from the use of starvation as a method of warfare, including under siege or blockade.”
“Israel may not collectively punish the protected Palestinian population, which it holds under unlawful occupation,”  South Africa’s representative Jaymion Hendricks said on day two of public hearings in The Hague on Israel’s humanitarian obligations in the Gaza Strip.

ISRAELI MEDIA: Netanyahu does not know how he can defeat Hamas, and for a year and a half, he has not been able to achieve that, adding that they will not be able to achieve victory.
AL-JAZEERA: Injuries were reported in an Israeli bombing of Salah al-Din Street, east of the Jabalia camp in the northern Gaza Strip.
GAZA CIVIL DEFENSE: The fuel allocated for operating its vehicles has run out in the south and center of the Strip, which may portend a humanitarian catastrophe as Israel continues its war of extermination.
GAZA HEALTH MINISTRY: 51 Palestinians were killed and 113 injured in the past 24 hours, bringing the total death toll of the Israeli aggression to 52,365 dead and  117,905 wounded since October 7, 2023.
ISRAELI MEDIA: Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said: “We have changed the face of the Middle East, and our mission is not only to win the war but also to return the abductees.”

AL-JAZEERA: A Palestinian was killed in an Israeli bombing of the vicinity of the Al-Sinafour intersection in the Al-Tuffah neighborhood, east of Gaza City.
PALESTINE CHRONICLE:
At least 14 Palestinians have been killed since dawn Tuesday as a result of ongoing Israeli bombardment across the Gaza Strip, Al-Jazeera reported, citing medical sources.
The director of hospitals in the besieged enclave has reportedly called on the international community to intervene to stop what he described as ongoing massacres.

AL-JAZEERA (citing medical sources): 14 Palestinians have been martyred in Israeli raids on several areas in the Gaza Strip since dawn today.
AL-JAZEERA: A spokeswoman for the United Nations Office for Humanitarian Affairs in Gaza told Al Jazeera that the situation is worsening with the continued prevention of aid. Malnutrition is worsening with the continued closure of crossings.
Food is running out, famine will increase, and diseases will spread. Resources are insufficient, and the current situation cannot be contained. Aid will spoil before it is delivered due to the closure of crossings.
ISRAELI MEDIA: The Israeli newspaper Yediot Ahronot reported that hundreds of Israeli families whose relatives were killed in the October 7th attack, and families of the captives, sent a letter to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu demanding the formation of an official commission of inquiry. They stated that military investigations do not provide a complete picture or answers to the fundamental questions about the failure of October 7th.
UNRWA: The Commissioner-General of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) stated that Israel has arrested more than 50 agency staff members since the beginning of the war in Gaza, including teachers and doctors.

AL-JAZEERA: The representative of South Africa before the International Court of Justice stated that Gaza has turned into hell and Israel must be held accountable for its crimes. He added that Israel is deliberately pursuing UNRWA to tighten the noose on Palestinians and that Gaza, the West Bank, and East Jerusalem are still under occupation, and its law applies to them.
UNRWA: Humanitarian aid is ready for entry into Gaza, and they are awaiting the reopening of the crossings.
AL-JAZEERA: Three Palestinians were killed as a result of a bombing carried out by an Israeli drone targeting Palestinians in the Qizan al-Najjar area of Khan Yunis city, southern Gaza Strip.

AL-JAZEERA: The Israeli occupation army targeted the town of Al-Qarara, north of Khan Yunis city in the southern Gaza Strip, with raids and artillery shelling from its tanks that had infiltrated the area.

ISRAELI MEDIA: Israeli Channel 12 reported that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu appeared before the Central Court for the 27th hearing to listen to testimony in the cases he is accused of.

He added that the government that has been fighting Hamas for a year and a half will not be able to achieve victory, and he supports the return of the captives from Gaza, asserting that Netanyahu does not know how he can defeat Hamas, and for a year and a half he has not been able to achieve that.
