As EADaily reported, the deal with the United States on minerals has been signed and will be sent to the Verkhovna Rada for ratification. This was stated today in his evening address by the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky.
“We are interested in ensuring that there are no delays with the agreement,” Zelensky said, quoted by the Strana newspaper.
